Baked Tortilla Chips:
Corn Tortillas
Olive Oil – brush all over corn tortillas
Chili Lime Seasoning / smoked Paprika – sprinkle on top
Cut into wedges and bake on top of parchment, not overlapping
10 minutes @ 350ºF. Cool and enjoy with Salsa
Easy Trail Mix:
in a bowl mix together 1/4 cup each
Dark Chocolate chunks
Roasted Peanuts
Roasted / lightly salted Almonds
Dried Cherries / crystallized Ginger / Apricots, etc.
Pickled Onion Avocado Toast (the Double Crunch?)
On a slice of Wheat Bread, spread
1/2 Avocado
Salt & Pepper
Pickled Red Onions
Goat Cheese
Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
Healthy Apple Donuts:
Cut a Honeycrisp Apple into discs
Core out the middle
layer with smooth Peanut or favorite nut Butter
Sprinkle with Mini Chocolate Chips
or Almond Slices
Edamame:
Blanch 2 cups Edamame Beans with shell on
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Hummus Boats:
De-seed English Cucumbers
De-seed Yellow Bell Pepper
Fill with Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus
Homemade Popcorn
Olive Oil
1/4 cup organic Popcorn kernels
Sprinkle and toss with Santa Maria Seasoning

Dr. Berg talks about the best times to eat to lose weight. The technique we are using a technique called intermittent fasting to solve insulin resistance. And don’t worry about losing your muscle, because both Growth Hormone (GH) and testosterone will protect you against muscle loss.
But the goal is to only eat two meals a day, however, for most people they must start with three meals a day and gradually transition to two meals a day. However, the best time to eat is 11:30 in the am and then at 5:00 pm in the evening. Add protein, greens, and fat with each meal. If you add more fat with a meal, you will be able to go longer.
However, this is the fastest way and even the easiest way to lose belly fat.

What’s up guys, Clark here to hit you with the TOP 5 BEST snacks for fat loss.
Eating snacks with the right ratio of nutrients, with the right calories, will help keep your body energized, support and even BOOST a fat-burning metabolism, helping you shed inches of fat from your body.
It’s even true that certain foods have a very high thermogenic effect, so you literally burn through calories as you chew!
Protein packed snacks fuel the growth of lean muscle mass, which boosts metabolic rate and increases calorie burn.
Fiber, meanwhile, helps improve digestion and keeps you from binging on fats and sugars.
So by incorporating snack choices into your daily diet that are typically under 200 calories, with a minimum of 10 grams of protein and close to 5 grams of fiber, you’ll be directly assisting your body to operate at maximum efficiency – Increasing your ability to shed off excess body weight!

1:23 – Healthy Fats: First is avocados. You don’t need to be eating whole avocados, instead, just half or even a few slices at a time. People forget that healthy fats are necessary for your body to function properly, such as in producing your master male hormone: testosterone.
Another great, healthy fat source are raw nuts such as almonds, walnuts and pistachios that are packed with plenty of health benefits. Full of fiber, protein and healthy fats, they can help you stay full and stop overeating. Enjoy a small handful when you’re on the go!
