KETO//OS Orange Dream 2.1 is the original flavor, and this one has even gone through a few formulations. Version 2.1 comes in Charged (caffeine) and Caffeine-free. It has MCT powder (medium-chain triglycerides), which is the primary source of the fat. This is the same type of fat in coconut oil. From my experience, this version is the best appetite suppressant because of the combination of the BHB ketone (the primary ingredient) and the MCT fat.

KETO//OS Chocolate Swirl 3.0 was the second flavor and version to release, this one with a chocolate flavor some compare to a Tootsie Roll. The main difference with 3.0 is that does contain caffeine but does not contain any MCT fat. There is also additional potassium and slightly more sodium to balance out the natural diuretic effect ketones can have. It also includes a prebiotic to promote healthy bacteria, and adds an amino acid blend (L-taurine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine, L-leucine).
