It’s April 5, 2018. I am journaling my process of losing this belly fat. My goal is to see significant results by April 26, my birthday. Current stats: 192 lbs, waist 38 inches, 5’9”.
Taking a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar, diluted, three times a day: 1st Morning on empty stomachache, 2nd, before lunch, at least 20 minutes prior and by dinner time. My method. fill Mason jars with Apple Cider Vinegar, water and spices . Each mason will have a different flavor: Lemon-Ginger, Tumeric-Black Pepper, Cinnamon and Cayenne. Drink through a straw to protect teeth.
