Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar with Lemon Juice and Water for a week and this was my result. I also worked out every day and meal prepped my meals. I did about 20-30 mins of cardio each day, and weight trained. I drink only water and the ACV detox drink. Try to drink atleast a gallon of water a day.
